At a young age I felt in love with the cooking, first in the mother’s kitchen, then in the different restaurants that i worked.
Throughout the year i discover that loving cooking is not enough … You need to understand the products, the season, the people that you work with and the most important the clients that pass the door.

Cooking is to take a risk … to have the same fish / meat on the menu and not be afraid to look at it with different eyes and work it with different technique. For those reasons, we are working everyday with excellent quality product and take care that each recipe is light and contains natural flavors.
