Executive Chef Konstantinos Athanasiou, has created a menu with a cosmopolitan character emphasizing on seasonal products. Try the crustacean and seafood ravioli, the wild mushroom soup or the tuna loin in herb crust with cucumber tagliatelle. Prime meat cuts, like the Omaha Nebraska grain fed Black Angus rib eye and fillet, are still on the menu as a Galaxy specialty. Don’t miss the new suggestions of the sushi menu: Langoustine roll with cream cheese and avocado; Spicy crab with king crab, surimi, avocado, cucumber, wasabi, spicy mayonnaise sesame oil and seeds or Crispy salmon roll with panko salmon, mayonnaise,avocado, cucumber, salmon skin, chives and red tobiko.
